Caregiver and child pairs are invited to an inclusive yoga class in Guelph focusing on emotional regulation, body awareness, social engagement and stress reduction. Classes are in a sensory-friendly environment where every child can move, grow, and thrive at their own pace. Using engaging yoga poses, mindful breathing, movement, and relaxation techniques. Our goal is to help every child develop lifelong tools for self-regulation, resilience, and emotional wellness. Each participant will receive a yoga mat that they can keep and take for home practice.
