Join us for a 4-week cooking program in partnership with chef Lisa Dixon. Participants will be hands-on in this cooking program, socially interacting with others, and building their confidence while developing their kitchen skills. Each class will consist of an introduction, cooking, and eating the meal you prepared together. Dates: Thursdays, October 29, November 5, 12, 19, 2026 Time: 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM Registration is required. This program is for autistic individuals, ages 7- 14 years. Maximum 2 children per family. If your family is larger than 2, please email stephanie.maguire@autismontario.com before registering. Due to the limited class size, we ask that participants who register can attend all four weeks. Cost: $35.00/child. Once registered and paid, refunds will not be issued. Please reach out once your registration has been confirmed if your child has any food allergies or food restrictions. Once your registration is successful, you will receive an automatic confirmation. If not received, please check your "junk" or your "other" box. If in doubt, contact your area administrator at centraleast@autismontario.com Parent/Caregiver supervision is required. This is not a transfer of care event. The parent/caregiver is required to remain onsite. Please note that we strive to offer tickets to as many families as possible, but tickets are limited. If, for any reason, you are registered and can no longer attend, please let us know so we can share those tickets with other families.
