Introductory yoga for autistic youth in a supportive, sensory-friendly setting, offered with Bridgewater Yoga.
Four Fridays: October 9, 16, 23 and 30, 2026, 6–7 p.m. Eastern (America/Toronto). Bridgewater Yoga, 3770 Bridgewater St, Niagara Falls, ON L2G 6H3. The date range represents separate weekly sessions.
