Ascend Autism’s Hawthorne center hosts a free community trunk-or-treat on November 7, 2026, 10 a.m.–12:30 p.m. Eastern time at 22 Saw Mill River Road, Hawthorne, NY 10532. Children of all ages, families and friends are welcome; activities particularly suit younger children. Plans include trunk-or-treating, a bounce castle, cotton candy, food, drinks and family activities. Costumes are optional. Registration is strongly encouraged so the team can prepare enough food and activities. This is the Hawthorne event, distinct from Ascend’s October Farmington gathering.
