The Access 2 Card helps a person with a permanent disability identify that they require a support person at participating entertainment, cultural, and recreation venues.
The applicant must have a permanent disability or functional limitation that restricts attending participating venues independently and must require a support person's assistance. The program is open to all ages. Venue benefits and restrictions vary.
Effective February 16, 2026, Access 2 lists the card price as
5 for three years or $35 for five years.
