Mowaamah Certificate (Saudi Arabia)

Offered by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development

Saudi Arabia’s employer-facing workplace disability-inclusion assessment and certification programme for private-sector establishments.

Mowaamah is an electronic assessment and certification programme from Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. Private-sector establishments use administrative and technical standards to assess and improve whether their workplaces are suitable for people with disabilities. Establishments register, complete a self-assessment, upload supporting evidence, pay the applicable fees, request an audit and, when the standards are met, receive a time-limited certificate. This is an employer programme, not a direct support or benefit for individuals or families.

Eligibility

All private-sector establishments in Saudi Arabia may apply. This is an employer certification programme; individual age and autism diagnosis criteria do not apply.

How to apply

Register through the Mowaamah platform, enter establishment details, complete the self-assessment, upload supporting evidence and explanations, pay the applicable fees, and submit a certificate request for audit.
