Toronto Zoo accessibility supports including sensory bags, sensory maps, social-story resources, seasonal early admission, and disability admission support.

Toronto Zoo publishes several accessibility and sensory supports.

Current supports include KultureCity sensory bags from the Accessibility Hub, a sensory map identifying headphone zones and quiet areas, a guest accessibility guide and social story, MagnusCards visual guides, and seasonal sensory-friendly early admission hours.

The zoo also states that a guest with a disability can receive a 50% admission discount and, when required, one support person receives complimentary admission. An Access 2 card is accepted, but the zoo says a guest may also self-declare a disability to Guest Relations for this package.
