Infant and Child Development Program (ICDP) operated by KW Habilitation provides family-centered supports for children from birth to six years old in Waterloo Region who have suspected or confirmed developmental delays or are at risk of delay. Services include family visits, developmental screening, child development information, linkage to other services, and service coordination. The program is flexible and tailored to each child's development and family's goals.
