Art Therapy, Art Smart provides art therapy, talk therapy, and play-based psychotherapy and counselling services for children, youth, adults, and families. Services address anxiety, anger, depression, PTSD, trauma, separation/divorce, parenting concerns, grief, emotional and behavioural issues, attachment, and family relationships.
