Salt Spring Therapeutic Riding Association offers therapeutic riding and equine-facilitated wellness programs for children, youth, and adults with physical, cognitive, emotional, and neurodevelopmental needs. CanTRA-affiliated instructors lead individualized riding sessions focused on building strength, balance, confidence, and independence. The organization also provides equine-facilitated wellness programs (no riding required) for anxiety, trauma, and emotional challenges, facilitated by credentialed mental health professionals. Programs are tailored for neurodivergent learners including those with ADHD, autism, OCD, and learning disabilities.
