<p>Bust A Move Dance offers inclusive in-school dance workshops designed for students with disabilities. Their workshops use dance and movement to support body awareness, self-regulation, creativity, confidence, coordination, focus, and social-emotional development.</p><p>Workshops are tailored to each school and class. Activities may include mindfulness and body awareness, freestyle and follow-along dance movement, choreography, strength and fitness-based movement, and adapted exercises for different bodies, abilities, and moods.</p><p>They offer workshops for specialized classes for students with disabilities from K–12, as well as integrated workshops for students with and without disabilities together.
