Elwyn's Early Learning Services provides preschool early intervention services for children ages 3–5 with developmental delays and disabilities in Philadelphia County and Chester–Upland. The program supports nearly 10,000 children annually, partnering with families to build skills, confidence, and independence. While Elwyn does not perform autism evaluations directly, they help eligible families access autism diagnostic services through trusted community partners and guide referrals through the process.
