Brain Balance Center of San Diego offers a non-medical, drug-free program designed to improve focus, behavior, anxiety, and social skills in children and adults through a whole-brain approach combining physical exercises, sensorimotor activities, academic skills training, and nutrition coaching. Services are delivered in-clinic three times per week or via at-home virtual options with weekly coach check-ins. The program is tailored to individual needs and does not provide autism diagnosis or medical treatment.
