Harbor Area Early Childhood Services provides Early Intervention (EI) services to infants and toddlers ages birth to 3 years meeting Massachusetts developmental delay criteria, and preschool services to ages 3–6. The multidisciplinary team includes specialists in occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, music and art therapy, clinical social work, and mental health, delivering family-centered services through home visits, community playgroups, and parent support. Services are trauma-informed and include specialized programming for children on the autism spectrum. All EI services are provided at no cost to families through private insurance, Medicaid, and Massachusetts Department of Public Health funding.
