Children's disABILITY Services (CDS) is a provincially funded Manitoba program supporting families raising children with developmental and physical disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, and developmental delay. The program serves children under 18 living in Manitoba (including First Nations communities as of February 2025) and provides family-centered resources, care coordination, and connections to community supports delivered through regional offices and in-home settings.
