Family Resource Center on Disabilities (FRCD) is a parent training and information center serving families in the Chicago Metropolitan Area and eight Illinois counties (Cook, DuPage, Grundy, Kane, Kendall, Lake, McHenry, and Will) who have children with disabilities. FRCD provides resources, guidance, and advocacy training to parents navigating special education, including IEP support, webinars on IDEA, early intervention, transition planning, and parent advocacy skills. Services are delivered through virtual training sessions, in-person presentations, and resource materials available in English and Spanish.
