Hearing, Speech & Deaf Center (HSDC) is a nonprofit organization serving western Washington communities with comprehensive services for people who are Deaf, hard of hearing, or have speech/language differences. Services include speech-language pathology, early intervention and parent-infant programming (ages 0–5), preschool education (Rosen Family School), interpreting services, and advocacy/case management. HSDC emphasizes a bilingual/bicultural, Deaf Culture-centered approach and serves 13 counties in the Puget Sound region.
