IFSP (Individualized Family Service Plan)
What it means
Under US IDEA Part C, a written plan for early-intervention services for an eligible infant or toddler with a disability and the child's family. It is based on evaluation and assessment, includes required outcomes and services, and is reviewed under Part C procedures; later IEP eligibility is determined separately.
