LSA (Learning Support Assistant)
What it means
A school support-role title used in parts of the UK, UAE, and international-school sector. An LSA may support a class, group, or individual learner under school direction, but qualifications, duties, safeguarding requirements, employment, and funding vary; it is not a universal one-to-one credential.
