MDR (Manifestation Determination Review)
What it means
A US IDEA review required for certain disciplinary changes of placement. The school, parent, and relevant IEP team members determine whether the conduct was caused by or had a direct and substantial relationship to the disability, or resulted from failure to implement the IEP.
