MOD (Modification)

What it means

Changes to the grade-level curriculum expectations themselves — for example, a student working towards expectations from a different grade, or significantly altered expectations. Distinct from ACC (Accommodation), which keeps the expectations the same but changes how the student accesses them. A modified curriculum is noted on the IEP.
