SI (Sensory Integration)
What it means
Sensory integration describes how the nervous system organizes sensory information and is also used for intervention approaches, often delivered by occupational therapists with additional training. Goals, methods, evidence, practitioner qualifications, and functional outcomes should be reviewed for the individual.
