OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder)
What it means
A mental health condition involving intrusive thoughts and repetitive behaviours undertaken to reduce anxiety. Sometimes co-occurs with autism, though autistic repetitive behaviours and OCD compulsions can have different drivers and need different support.
